Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Manufacturing
Our facilities in Bucharest and Sibiu span 33,000 m² and deliver over 3.5 billion units annually across solid, semi-solid, liquid, and injectable formats — all fully automated and GMP-certified.
We operate specialized production lines for oral, topical, sterile, ophthalmic, chewable, and lozenge forms, ensuring compliance with EU quality and safety standards.
With high-speed automation, we achieve output levels of up to 180,000 capsules and 290,000 tablets per hour, meeting the needs of fast-moving and high-volume markets.
Formulations are developed in collaboration with medical professionals and labs, addressing key health areas such as immunity, energy, longevity, mental wellness, digestion, liver function, joint support, sleep, and sports nutrition.
In-house research centers in both locations support clinical trials and stability testing to validate product safety, efficacy, and market readiness.

We offer complete medical device manufacturing under ISO 13485 and GMP standards, with serialization, full traceability, and audit-ready systems. Packaging Solutions
Our packaging infrastructure handles up to 600 blisters and 300 boxes per minute across multiple formats: bottles, sachets, ampoules, tubes, and tamper-evident packaging. Each line supports multilingual labeling and regional customization, ensuring global market readiness. Sustainability is embedded in our process, with eco-friendly materials and waste-reduction initiatives at every step.
