Life Achievement – Women in Business Hall of Fame
Diana Vitan Martinaș, founder of RegenAge Pharma Laboratoires, was recently honored by Business Days with the „Life Achievement – Women in Business Hall of Fame” award for her innovation in regenerative medicine and positive impact on the community. Business Days, a platform that has been developing and strengthening Romania’s economic environment for 14 years, organized a new edition of its business events series in Timișoara.
Outstanding Contributions
Through RegenAge Pharma Laboratoires, Diana has not only introduced innovative supplement formulas to the market but also integrated complementary services to support and inform the public about health. She has organized numerous awareness events with thousands of participants, alongside the Superage community and Ileana Badiu, focusing on menopause and its solutions. Additionally, she has hosted the „Tableta de Sănătate” show on TVR Timișoara, becoming a true reference in the field of health and well-being in Romania.
In the past two years, in collaboration with Ileana Badiu and Superage, Diana has developed a revolutionary range of supplements, launching a national campaign with promotional events supported by top medical specialists and thousands of participants. This campaign provides valuable and accessible knowledge to all, strengthening the connection between innovation, education, and health. Together with Ileana Badiu, Ana Bitu, and the Superage community, Diana has contributed to a true „rebranding of menopause in Romania,” promoting a new medical approach to this stage.
A Model of Female Leadership
In 2019, after exiting a direct sales business they had for six years, Diana and her husband launched the family’s most ambitious project: Regenswiss Pharma Laboratoires in Geneva for international expansion, and in Timișoara for the Romanian market, during the challenging period at the beginning of the pandemic. Despite the challenges, the company created a portfolio of proprietary ranges with unique formulas worldwide, developed with renowned experts, achieving the fastest growth. RegenAge supplements are now in demand and distributed in pharmacies across the country.
Currently, Regenswiss Pharma Laboratoires has become RegenAge Pharma Laboratoires, reflecting the expansion into regenerative medicine. RegenAge brings innovative and effective supplement formulas to the international market, listed in over 2,000 pharmacies and online sales platforms.
Commitment to Female Leadership
In addition to her business achievements, Diana Vitan Martinaș is a doctoral candidate in Female Leadership at the West University of Timișoara. This academic pursuit adds an extra dimension to her commitment to promoting and supporting women in business, serving as an example of female leadership. Diana inspires and motivates other women to follow their dreams and excel in their careers.
